25 yo M Pt c/o "heat rash" on his back. Mild itchiness. Started 5 days before as smaller marks but spread over the 5 days. Marks are flat and refill is quick when pressed. Not sure what type this is as I just referred to doctor and could not follow up.

40 year old male patient comes to my office for rhinorrhea and sneezing which he gets especially when he is around sheep (works in a slaughter house and sheep are brought to slaughter twice a year for about two months) and this lesion on his right elbow. I dianosed him with allergic rhinitis but I am puzzled about this lesion. He says he has had it intermittently for around a year and when it occurs it stays for some time and then disappears. This particular one has been there for longer, has had it for about a month now. He says it always appears after the sheep slaughter when the sheep blood gets in contact with skin and it is always on the same spot. Does not have it anywhere else on the body. It starts as a red patch and progresses to this plaque which is slightly scaling in real life but the picture does not really capture it. It is itchy. Of note I diagnosed dermatographic urticaria while he was in my office. I wonder what this could be and if it has any connection with sheep blood? Is this some type of hypersensitivity reaction? Please let me know what you think and what could be the diagnosis.

Any ideas of what this could be? 27 y/o male stayed in a mountain cabin rental for three days in Southern California and noticed the skin patches upon returning home the very next day. Pt. reported heavy drinking.
