A 10yrs old male boy presented to ED in a gasping condition. Intubated then putted on venti support. H/o Headache followed by vomiting, N/h/o fever or any other comorbidity. During hospitalization clinical findings are CNS - deeply unconscious, Pupils - B/L dilated fixed, GCS - E1V1M3, Chest - crepts present, P/A - Soft non tender. Poor prognosis explained. Diagnosis?
