22 year-old man with no past medical history of note, presenting with two-week history of all-body blisters. Lesions are pruritic. There is a family of similar presentations on father’s side, diagnosed as eczema. He had a similar episode the year before for which received UV treatment but it didn’t really accomplish much and the lesions dissipated in 3 months. He has had allergy test, negative. Guttate psoriasis is suspected. Lesions are seen on the head. Patient concerned about scabies. What are the likely differentials?
