32 year-old fisherman complains of this rash x 2 days. Complains of itchiness, but denies discharge, burning pain, fevers, or chills. States he is sexually active with one female partner (last sexual encounter 3 days ago). Because it was sent by telemedicine, we asked them to verify whether there were any blisters present which they denied, but states that he does have a sore in the corner of his lips. I've come up with a few differentials but would like your input. Thanks!
