Sagittal T1 and T2 weighted (image 1) and diffusion weighted (image 2) MR images of the spine shows a spinal epidermoid (arrow) at the L4 level. Spinal epidermoids are uncommon but account for approximately 10% of intraspinal tumors in children. They can be associated with segmentation anomalies. They're characterized on imaging with similar signal characteristics to fluid. The intense restricted diffusion is a key feature of the lesion.](https://app.figure1.com/case-detail/4a1ad608-2176-4675-b79c-e3db30cf06af)
AP (image 1) and lateral (image 2) chest radiograph and coronal (image 3) and axial (image 4) T2 weighted fetal MRI show a multiloculated cystic mass (arrow) in the left lower lobe consistent with a congenital pulmonary airway malformation (CPAM). CPAMs are classified based on cyst size. Type I lesions are the most common and typically have a single large dominant cyst. Type II lesions have multiple small cysts while type III lesions appear solid due to microcysts. The lesions are resected.](https://app.figure1.com/case-detail/57fe2580-b6a4-43f5-aec7-6d5367234847)
