This 27-year-old male patient has had these very itchy lesio | Figure 1

This 27-year-old male patient has had these very itchy lesions for which he has been using an antihistamine cream with some success. He initially thought it was related to a body cream he uses & has discontinued use for 4 weeks now, but the itchy lesions still persist.

They are fairly well defined and quite firm.

They are mostly on his torso, upper arms and thigh. Nothing much below the knee or elbow.

Any ideas as to what this could be?
