Pt is a 28 year old male who has had a sensation of a lump on his throat for several years. ENT’s have tried nasal steroids, mouth washes etc and still state that there is nothing lodged in his throat. Pt has had a tonsillectomy and laparoscopic surgery for deviated nasal septum and blocked sinuses. This is an image of what the pt coughs up on a daily basis. Could this be causing halitosis and or could there potentially be something that is not visible on physical examination, that could be stuck in their laryngeal prominence?
