Patient in his 60's presents to the ER with a history of 2 week pain in the #Perineum zone, fever and considerable weight loss. #Fournier's-gangrene with awful smell in the OR. Also during examination and surgery a rectal tumor was discovered. Is #Fournier's-gangrene associated with rectal neoplasms?
