Pelvic and hips

Presence of osteoarthrosis in the hips, with diffuse reduction of joint spaces, irregularity and subchondral sclerosis of the femoral heads and acetabulums, compatible with bilateral coxarthrosis, more pronounced on the right.

Right knee

Degenerative changes in femorotibial compartments, with reduced joint space, irregularity of bone surfaces and subchondral sclerosis, compatible with gonarthrosis.

Diagnosis Added

Advanced coxarthrosis and gonarthrosis.
