Scalp lesion

Dear dr
I seek your kind opinion about 2-year-old boy presented with scalp lesion (photo above), associated with itching, scaly since 1 month.
Also, there is another lesion in his scalp smaller in size. I suggest Tinea capitis as a top of differentials.
What is your opinion and line of treatment?
