37 weeks fetus, followed for small Omphalocele and questionable right side chest mass. Heart noted to be severely compressed to the left chest. Not until this gestational age did it become clear that the right lobe of the liver was in the fetal chest, confirmed after delivery as a right side congenital diaphragmatic hernia.
