75 years old male presented to the hospital for reasons unrelated to the picture, but I was curious what this lesion might be. The patient said that it was present for the last 2 years & "it increases then decreases in size periodically". It is present at the side of his nose. My assumption is a #Squamous-cell-carcinoma or #Basal-cell-carcinoma with cutaneous horn, could this be the case???
