Case Report

50 something year old male, RVD negative, known diabetic for 3 years, not on treatment, upon admission blood glucose was 13.3. No enlarged lymph nodes, mass extending over whole occiput, hard, very tender. Diagnosis of scalp abscess. Any differential diagnoses???
