Melanoma in situ.

45 year old female with this lesion for two weeks. Slightly raised. Not crusting. Biopsied for ?melanoma

Do you now the diagnoses? Women 79 years old, skin laesie for more than 5 years, it's not growing, no other symptoms. Location: leg at tibia +/- 3cm

There is obviously a seborrheic keratosis. What I'm wondering is if the black portion has a high pretest probability of being malignant melanoma. For complex reasons, it will be difficult to get a biopsy, so any professional dermatologic opinions on the likelihood of MM would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!
