Upon arrival patient is a 58yo/m found lying in bed only responsive to painful stimuli. He is incontinent of urine. Pupils are pinpoint, skin pink, hot and dry to touch. Lung sounds reveal inspiratory wheezing and ronchi. Initial sp02 is 78% on 2l/min home 02 with ETCO2 61mm/hg. Patients LOC improved slightly after 0.4mg naloxone IV.

Wives states he has a history of cirrhosis and DM. According to her "sometimes drugs build up in his body but she's never seen him this bad".
