Middle aged female known to have hypothyroidism and adrenal insufficiency. Patient off steroids for over 2 months. She requested to be evaluated to see if she could stop taking her steroids and synthroid.

With the attached results how would you advise the patient?

The last photo is the result from a Thyroid Peroxidase Antibody test.

39-year-old female no previous medical history presents for concerns skin lesions that started on the left posterior neck surrounding a mole last month. Since then, the lesions have spread throughout her neck and now face.
Patient has trialed steroids, Benadryl, and topical antibiotics with no relief. Denies any new medications, detergent, lotions, etc. 
The mole has since been biopsied and is awaiting results, however, patient continues to have the worsening and spreading lesions. She has tried removing herself from her current home with fears that this might be mold associated, however, there has been no improvements.  Patient is pending dermatology consultation. This is female patient presents for new pregnancy with this dermatitis. Has had very little treatment other than topical steroids. She has had this for several years. ++pruritis.
