Case Description
68 years old man came to hospital with painless growing mass in his lt. 5th toe. He has no underlying disease. He complained it getting difficult to wear a shoe. There’s no any other symptoms. No night fever or night pain. No weight loss. No any lymph node was palpabled. He is a social drinking. He said last year it was just a size of pea. What’s a diagnosis? And what’s your next step plan of treatment?
