Toddler with history of eczema in infancy requiring treatment with topical mometasone. Developed itchy, erythemato-papular eruptions which appear to be umbilicated on arms, trunk and face during travel in India. Mother reports stay in hotel with bed bugs prior to onset of rash but new eruptions continued appearing after leaving said hotel. Mother reports similar but milder eruptions on her hand which has since subsided. Treatment given with topical mepyramine maleate and mometasone with little relief.

Two patients, a child(5 years old) and his mother(40 years old) , came to emergency department with these lesions.
According to his mother ;in two days after contacting with cow 1st lesion started in his cheek a couple of days later another lesion appeared on his head and un ulcer appeared on her hand. All these lesions appeared with in 5 days she says.
they are farmers with no medical or surgical past history other family members showed no lesion they have no complaint
their vitals were in normal range, no lymph node palpable around their neck and bodies traubes space open costal edge in both sides were normal. no hepatosplenomegaly is detected they didn't describe pain around lesions and body. lesions were a little bit itchy
