53yo male with history of 2 days of appearance of soft edema in right lower limb, the only remarkable finding is a furunculus in the upper part of the affected ankle. He lives in the coast line of a tropical latin american country. Any thoughts?

38 years old male labourer by occupation with history of 30 years old unhealed relatively progressive lesion of sole of right foot, same type of lesion as shown evaded his toes but healed as seen what could be the D/D? No relevant history of systemic diseases like HTN, DM etc.
