Case Description: There are one week he tried to hit his dog and he suffered a fall.
There was contusion of the first left toe. What do you think?
He is not diabetic.

This is a 37 yo male with no prior medical history presenting to the office for evaluation of a scalp skin lesion he felt while massaging his head. He's noticed it for only a few weeks.
