77 yo with rash on lower back

The rash started 2 weeks ago and itches quite a bit. She was seen in the clinic and told to use topical iodine and antifungal cream. The order of the photos shows the progression: small and red initially, then larger and redder border after topical treatments, finally, less erythema but still appears irritated.
