25yoF PT presented 24 hours post TB Skin test with swelling, tenderness, and "stinging" to area, "pin prick" sensation when bending arm. First picture is 4 hours post insertion that she emailed to her PCP, the 2nd and 3rd are 24 hours post taken in clinic. Chest xray negative. Treated w/ Prednisone and cold compress. My humble student nurse opinion is insertion too deep. Thoughts?
