Pt had red eye for 3 days, today it got swollen on out side. | Figure 1

Pt had red eye for 3 days, today it got swollen on outside... and inside as in last 2 pictures, pain, getting treated with cream and eye drops (with this treatment pain stopped and less swelling)...... pt is concerned about the inner swelling, is it urgent to go to specialist right away or should it be ok with the treatment ??
