late 30s white male with presenting c/o pain, redness, tearing, blurred vision in right eye. Hx smaller corneal abrasion in same eye, HTN, IDDM. Uncontrolled--presenting BP 205/118. Thoughts? Referred to ophthalmology after BP came down some. Was thinking abrasion vs ulcer vs acute angle glaucoma (no tonometer here).

Tree branch vs left eye, now 4 days old. Diagnosed as a corneal abrasion in outside clinic yesterday with rx of antibiotic drops; patient did not fill antibiotic prescription. Now presents with worsening pain.

healthy 60 YO CF with no ocular history presented with the above left eye. Scratched her eye with her finger 2 wks ago and didnt seek treatment. Kept her eye closed until her daughter made her open her eye today...and then drove her straight to ER.
