Patient Details
26yom with recurrent dislocation of the shoulder. Seen by a colleague who asked me to help as she is small and weak and this patient is bug and muscular. Took 200 mg of Propofol to induce anaesthesia then I demonstrated the external rotation maneuver.. a toddler would have enough power to do it! Now impressed upon patient to get it stabilised by an orthopod..
