Sagittal T1 weighted MRI shows a hyperintense mass (arrow) extending between the sella and suprasellar region. The differential diagnosis for this lesion includes craniopharyngioma, Rathke's cleft cyst, and arachnoid cyst. Craniopharyngioma is the most common pituitary mass and child. They most commonly occur between five and 10 years of age. #FridayQuizDay #FridayQuiz

Axial CT shows a cystic paraspinal mass adjacent to the esophagus. The cystic appearance is typical of a foregut duplication cyst. In the chest, duplication cysts may be a bronchogenic cyst or an esophageal duplication cyst. It is not possible to distinguish between these entities on imaging. #FridayQuizDay](https://app.figure1.com/case-detail/1137c6db-b1f9-47ae-a8c3-356e8a9b5b95)

Sagittal (image 1) and axial (image 2) T2-weighted MRI show a Rathke cleft cyst (arrow) extending into the sella turcica. Rathke cleft cysts arise from epithelial remnants between the anterior and posterior lobes of the pituitary gland. While most are small and asymptomatic, larger cysts may compress adjacent structures causing headaches, endocrine dysfunction, and visual disturbances.](https://app.figure1.com/case-detail/23042b3a-4a87-455e-9153-b597abe691b9)

Axial (image 1) and sagittal (image 2) T2 MRI of the wrist show a ganglion cyst (arrow) arising from the dorsal surface of the wrist. Ganglion cysts represent the most common mass of the hand. They most commonly occur along the dorsal aspect of the wrist. The cysts are usually asymptomatic. Patients typically present to their doctor because they feel a firm, well circumscribed, painless mass. On exam, the ganglion cyst is usually fixed to deep structures but not the skin. #MSKMonday](https://app.figure1.com/case-detail/376455ce-88f9-4076-8f4f-e25cae07e17b)
