4 year old girl with rash over abdomen for 1 month. Not itchy. Rash clears with erythromycin but recurs quickly after erythromycin is ceased. No new food or environmental exposures. Rash is a large, continuous erythematous patch over R abdomen extending to midline and lower chest. The patch is fairly well defined. There are no vesicles or satellite lesions. What are the possible diagnoses?

patient in late teens presenting after a collapse, no chest pain, no previous cardiac history, no history of sudden death in family, are there any features in this ekg that would warrant further work-up or is this just a pediatric ekg?
