Case Summary

50 yr diabetic and hypertensive female with complains of darkening of lips since last 1 month. She is on regular medication for DM and HTN. There is no any history of itching, gum bleeding, perioral numbness, tobacco or alcohol consumption, smoking. DDx? Expected management?
