This 78 y.o. patient says this lesion has appeared over 1 or 2 years ago, he doesn't know if it is growing gradually. It is located on the right supraclavicular region. My preceptor wasn't sure if it looked benign, so he referred the patient to a dermatologist for a better evaluation. What would be the most likely diagnosis?
