Mysterious case, appendicectomy scar not healed since 1993!

This 38 yrs old female after she did appendicectomy in 1993 till now she suffered from a lot of complications, sometimes the wound will infect, will be healed then after a while reappear. Last 2 yrs presented to my colleague’s clinic and she followed her and cleaned the wound under GA to find any FB or fistula, after that remained free of scar for about 1 yr...but still hasn't resolved completely!
