IUD in situ. G3P1. PPROM at 36 weeks. Ruptured >24 hours (coming in Q8 hours for ampicillin). Oxytocin induction with precipitous delivery. Client had VE- 5-6 cm and then SVD 8 minutes later. Well mom and baby. IUD likely cause of PPROM.
