51YO Female underwent supracervical hysterectomy due to her complaints abt abnormal bleeding and no concern for childbearing anymore. She was suspected had leiomyoma, after we perform surgery there's no mass inside her uterus. The uterus wall was thicker than the normal one. Any thought?

Looking at the point of attachment near the bottom left, it looks like this is a subserosal fibroid and was likely "plucked" from the outside of the uterus.
