Female who went for a trail run a week ago and found this on her leg couple days ago.

No itching, minimum pain, but firm to touch. Doesn't recall any tick exposure. Lives in a condo in a suburb. First photo is from day 2, second photo from day 4. Dx?? #dermatology #Bites-and-stings
