30y/o healthy female complaining of intermittent right sided dull chest pain. No other complaints other than feeling more fatigued over the past few weeks. What's going on with V2 and V3. New medic here.. Just looking for some help! :)

Medic crew dispatched on chest pain. Patient no longer complaining of chest pain or shortness of breath, but now abdominal pain. BP 144/88, RR 16, SpO2 99% on room air. Monitor showed HR of 186, but radial pulse was irregular and 86 skipping about every 5th beat. 57 year old male, presented to GP with midline chest depressive chest pain. No difference of pain on excersion or SOB. No smoking history or other significant cardiac history. Only other significant medical history was worst pain in morning, fatigue, and constant cough.
Medication: Ramipril 5mg
Was sent in for an ECG and CXR - CXR was unremarkable. GP referred to Cardiology based on ECG.
