40's healthy male who started with pain and redness in the back of the scalp in small red dots, about 3 months ago. Some of these turned into pustules which his wife popped for him. This is how they have developed since. Patient worried about permanent hair loss in the area or the redness coming back.

Unknown skin lesion. Pt has had for about a week

Pt with recent + Quantiferon gold test (cxr pending, repeat lab pending) presents with 1 week of non healing skin lesions. Pt reports that they were initally itchy but then became ulcerated. Papulonecrotic tuberculids is in the ddx. Considering folliculitis, unrelated to TB test. Thoughts?

PT c/o itchy red lump X several months. Back of neck at hairline. No other areas seen.

30 year old male, no PMH, with new onset of bald patches in beard, beginning about 4 months ago. Only new change in daily routine is Monoxidil for scalp at same time. Thinking it's alopecia. What would recommend as first line of treatment? Thank you.
