Frontal tumor
Male, 68 years old. Two weeks ago, he started with bradypsychia and decreased strength in the right lower limb. Subsequently, he developed spatial disorientation and somnolence. No headache, nausea, or seizures were reported.
PE: GCS 15 points, right hemiparesis 4/5, no pathological reflexes.
