55 y/o female patient presenting with small lump in her breast, slight dimpling of the skin, no pain or discharge, lump has been present for over a year. Patient suffers from hypothyroidism and has used HRT for the past 22 years, no personal or family hx of breast cancer. Patient has low fat content in breasts which makes the images hard to decipher. All areas around the breast were scanned and found unremarkable. The small mass is not malleable, is hard, and stationary. What is your dx? Breast Fibroadenoma? Cyst? Or malignant tumor?
