female 5 years old developed these lesions since 3 weeks aft | Figure 1

Case Description

A female, 5 years old, developed these lesions 3 weeks after staying for a few days in an old, unused house with dirty beds. The lesions are very itchy with no fever or similar lesions in other family members. They are gradually spreading to involve the trunk, buttocks, and limbs, with one lesion located in the ear. There are no changes in the oral mucosa or nails. Culture from the lesions showed MSSA. The patient did not respond to Augmentin, local steroids, or antihistamines. Any ideas?
