This is a 30 yo female that noted a red macular area to the left inner elbow 3 days ago before it progressed to what you see above. She later developed a generalized pruritic rash over her body. The elbow itself is not significantly painful. Any ideas? Tentatively treating as a tick-borne illness...

AP (image 1) and lateral (image 2) radiographs of the elbow show radial side and posterior dislocation of the elbow. Small osseous fragments (arrow) project over the elbow joint. The donor site (arrowhead) is visible on the lateral view. 90 percent of elbow dislocations are posterior or posterolateral. Elbow dislocation occurs after falling on outstretched hand with the elbow in hyperextension. Up to half of elbow dislocations are associated with a fracture.](https://app.figure1.com/case-detail/8d0e48c3-713c-4de4-ab88-325fccc2feab)
