Case Description
50-year old woman with this vascular pattern on both hips. All began 15 years ago. Since 1.5 years also underneath both breasts. The lesion is more macular than papular. Just itchy in summer, no pain. Biopsy showed no acanthosis, but unspecific perivascular mononuclear infiltrate (no #Darier's-disease). After infiltration of Adrenalin/Lidocain for punch biopsy the macules disappeared. Current medication: #Amlodipine and #Valproate any ideas?
