This young male from a deeply rural setting presented to our hospital with shortness of breath... and "incidentally" this enlarging mass on the proximal third of his left humerus. It was unclear how long he had had it. Notice how the taught skin has started breaking down, and the whiteout of his chest. Students: ddx? What can you do now? What would you do if this patient presented much earlier in the disease process?
