45 yo otherwise healthy male with several day hx of this rash. No other area affected. MY preceptor and I dx as Ringworm and treated with a topical antifungal. He has no interaction with animals/gardens/ etc whatsoever and the red herring is his toddler had impetigo recently (cleared quickly with abx). There is some crusting here. My question is, could it be some form of impetigo or what about a lupus lesion?
