Female, 35 years old, complaining of skin changes on the right leg as you can see on the picture. She fell two days ago and feels pain in the right ankle. Same day she saw redness on the dorsal side of the same foot, denied snake bite or something similar. The change is itchy. Today she saw a swollen ankle and erythematous change on the back side of the right femoral region. Pedal pulses were normal, she is afebrile. I think someone bit her... Your opinion on diagnosis, differential diagnosis, and possible treatment?
