2 cm Trichilemmal cyst present about 5-10 years. Delivered whole, two-layer closure with Vicryl 3-0 suture to try to bring together the cavity it left behind. Closure of epidermis with 4 skin staples. Removal of those in 10 days. I love family practice for the variety! First image doesn't come close to showing the swelling.
