20 y/o female. Symptoms include chest pain while breathing, as well as inability to lay flat on back, or on either side. Shortness of breath, and fatigue. Patient states they have been prescribed #Antibiotics Levaquin as well as a steroid shot and a round of steroid pills. Patient states the pain has been constant for almost a month. X-ray and CT have been ordered. (CT not pictured) No difference in X-ray after one week follow up.
