Odd/Rare finding in #Bone-marrow. Aggregate of histiocytes filled with #Charcot-Leyden-crystals. In this case they were associated with numerous CD117+ Mast cells, suggestive of #Mastocytosis. This biopsy was done for staging of the patients recently diagnosed #Hodgkin-lymphoma.
