64 year old Pakistani male with long-standing type 2 diabetes mellitus who originally c/o chest pain over 1 year ago. He was put on appropriate medically therapy and underwent angiography and echo several months later which confirmed triple vessel disease. He was scheduled for CABG but opted not to go ahead and has remained on medical therapy.
First ECG is approx 1 year old. Second ecg approx 2 months old. Third ECG within a few days ago.
He is currently considering CABG. What are the ECG findings?
