This ECG is of 11 Year old boy, operated at age of 2 m for tetralogy of fallot.
On holter found to have PVC and non-sustained Ventricular Tachycardia.
ECHO done show dilated big RV, Severe Pulmonary Regurgitation, Mild Tricuspid regurgitation and Aortic Regurgitation.
