81 yo M - comes in for dyspnea NYD. Found this on X-ray and subsequently scanned. Complete effusion, actually pushing heart & structures over to R side. After chest tube, drained brownish- approx 3L. Likely #mesothelioma as per Resp.

PMH = severely SOB, and is in his early 50's. Again, guessing without description gets ya the shrimp emoji.
