Case Summary

Patient presented with a two-hour history of chest pain/pressure radiating to the neck and left arm. The patient's wife called EMS, and the patient was immediately brought to the cath lab. There was 100% occlusion to the RCA with three stents placed. The patient will need to return for stenting to a 90% occlusion in the OM.
